Terms of use

This page sets out the legal terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) under which GOAT Trading Company and any of the products (“Products”) listed on this website (“Site”) are yours. We strive to comply with international standards in distance selling and e-commerce at all times. If you have any inquiries, please contact us.

Your order

By placing an order for products via our website you confirm that you intend to enter into a contract with us to purchase those products. You can place an order for your products on the Website by clicking the “Place Order” button at the end of the checkout process. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed. Our acceptance of your order will only take place upon receipt of full payment from you. If we are unable to provide you with the products you have ordered for any reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this. If you have already paid for the products, we will give you a full refund as soon as possible.

Delivery/collection

Orders placed will be delivered within 1-2 days for local delivery in Kuwait. GOAT Trading Company ships to (approved shipping countries) through ARAMEX, and orders will be dispatched within the next business day. Delivery will be within 2-4 days to GCC countries. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when the order is completed.

We can only process delivery or pickup orders within countries where we are permitted to sell products. You can choose to have the products delivered to your address or you can pick them up from our store. If you choose delivery, please note that delivery fees and timelines vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select, and your delivery address. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery/pickup date, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have chosen to collect at one of our stores, you must collect the order within 7 days of notification that the order is ready, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the products to our warehouse and (if necessary and possible) process a refund to your payment card. If you have chosen delivery, you will contact the delivery company to confirm delivery. All risk in the Products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the Products) passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, or collected from our store (as applicable) and we will not be liable for a refund or replacement of the Products in the event of an address specified by you is incorrect. Occasionally, supply of your products may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, import delays or higher than expected demand). In this case, we will do our best to keep you informed but we will have no liability to you for such delay.

Authorized card holder

You may place an order for Products on our Platforms by selecting the product(s) you wish to purchase, adding them to your basket, and then completing the checkout process (“Order”). During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide a number of details. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed in order for us to process your order (which includes providing us with your name, delivery address (if applicable), payment details (except where cash on delivery is specified), a valid telephone number and email address). Any personal information you provide to us will be managed by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When you use a credit or debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you are specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Return online orders

For returns relating to online purchases, all risk (including risk of loss and/or damage to products) will pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order and we will not be liable for a refund or replacement in the event that the address you specified is incorrect.

Exchange and return

We offer a fourteen (14) day return policy, under which you may request the return of a product you purchased online and receive a refund of the purchase price of the product. If the order is returned in full. Any returns made under this policy must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive your order. This general return policy is provided to make your online shopping experience easier. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept requests for future orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

This general return policy does not apply if the product:

● Not in its original, unopened packaging with all labels still attached;

● It is not in its original condition and has missing items, such as shoelaces or other included accessories;

● It has already been used;

● sold as part of a promotion or with free product; It is one of the following:

1) Socks; 2) Insoles

Please note the following options, where applicable, to return the product for a refund:

1. Return to the store

2. Request a return with our delivery service (Kuwait Talabat).

For online returns please contact us.

Any of the above return options, when sending the item back, you must:

1. Make sure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and labels attached;

2. Make sure any accessories sold with the product are included, such as shoelaces and extra insoles;

3. If the product was sold together with a free gift, you must also return the free gift with the returned product, and the free gift must not have been used or fall within one of the categories or product.
